About Simon:
Simon noticed a gap in the commercial installation market and helped create CFI alongside Steve. Driven by the satisfaction of project completion for some of New Zealand's award winning interiors and industry leading products. Informed from his experience working for an Australasian industry giant, Simon has grown CFI from a team of two in a van to the multi-location, large fleet & team it is today!

About Pete:
Back in 2015 whilst studying for his pilot’s license Pete was working within the CFI Auckland team to help fund his time in the sky. Unfortunately for Air NZ, Pete quickly saw that CFI could take his career to new heights! Following discussions with Simon, Steve, family & friends Pete relocated to Wellington in 2017 to establish our second branch. Quickly finding his feet in the Windy city, delivering the exceptional service our client’s had learnt to expect.

About Charlotte:
Starting out in Hospitality, she worked with hotel giant IHG for years in various Management roles including the refurbishment and redesign of the Restaurant and Bar at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport. Deciding she wanted to do more in the facilities space she moved to TradeMe as a Workplace Manager where she acquired a new office space and assisted with the fit out, design and relocation of the space. She joined CFI in 2021 and has focused on improving our policies and ways of working as well as being a key contact for all of our customer
