Our Bay of Plenty team were fortunate to assist in the recent completion of New Zealand’s largest modern mass timber commercial office building which now hosts Tauranga City Councils administration staff.

Mark & our local team were tasked with early morning site loads and a few lengthy days, but the view of Mount Maunganui and some stunning sunrises made it all worth it.

This building has achieved a 6 Green Star accreditation and CFI was stoked to play a small part in making this possible.
